MIAMI, FL –- An investigation by SSNN has revealed that running back Ricky Williams purchased a drug testing company immediately after his reinstatement into the NFL. “Ricky has a lot of investments,” Williams’ agent Leigh Steinberg told reporters. “He also owns a hydroponic mushroom factory outside Amsterdam that is used specifically for medical experimentation. Listen people, there is no story here.” Despite Steinberg’s assurances that Williams is clean and his business ventures are legitimate, inside sources at the drug testing company aren’t buying it. “Williams bought out XR testing because they do all the NFL drug tests,” one XR Testing employee told SSNN on the condition of anonymity. “Now Ricky can smoke all he wants and not get caught. The guy owns the company. It’s genius.”

  1. Oh sure, the league doesn’t want felons, troublemakers and gangsters … but we’ll make an exception if you can run over 100 yards a game.

What an inspiring story! A fella can flout all his employer’s rules several times and still earn millions. Pay attention kids …

Oh, and maybe you can score some of whatever the Miami Dolphins’ front-office is smoking!

I won’t waste any more of your bandwidth. I blogged more about this at The Bayou
