INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Displaying the same confidence that led the Patriots to three super bowl victories, Patriots quarterback Tom Brady announced Saturday that he will give his recently born son to charity if the Patriots lose to the Colts on Sunday. “Put all your money on the Pats!” said Vegas bookie, David Tennent. “If Tommy America is gonna bet his son, it’s a done deal.” Sunday’s highly anticipated matchup between the Patriots and the Colts has sent sports bettors into a frenzy. Brady’s announcement to give up John Edward Thomas Moynahan only magnified the event. “I like the way Tom thinks – bring on the Colts,” Patriots running back Laurence Maroney told SSNN. Peyton Manning, who is childless, was surprised to hear Brady’s announcement, but still confident about his team’s chances. “You have to ask if he knows something we don’t, to make a bet like that,” the Colts’ QB mused. “But we’re the Super Bowl Champs, not them – if Tom wants to give away his kid, that’s his prerogative.”
